Meet Diane

I’m Diane Jones — a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor (Gold Tier) with more than 30 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience. I help contractors, service businesses, real estate professionals, and self-employed owners stay organized, tax-ready, and confident in their numbers.

While I work with clients virtually across the U.S., my home base is Ash Grove, Missouri, and I serve the Springfield, MO area (and nearby communities) with responsive, judgment-free support.

My Background

I’ve spent decades in the real world of small business — managing day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll oversight, reconciliations, and financial reporting for owners who are juggling a lot at once. I understand what it’s like to wear many hats, and I know bookkeeping is often the first thing to fall behind.

That’s why I built my practice around being friendly, approachable, and judgment-free. My job is to help you get clarity — not to make you feel bad about being behind.
