Yes. Fuel, maintenance, per-mile costs, and 1099 settlements are ordinary categorization work for me. I keep the books reconciled and tax-ready, and your CPA files the return from that file. If you need a CPA, I work alongside several firms and I’ll introduce you.
Can you keep books for a trucker who is rarely home?
That’s the easiest kind of client I have. Nothing about the work needs you in a room with me. Bank feeds pull transactions into QuickBooks Online on their own, we talk by phone or Zoom when your schedule allows, and your financial package lands in a shared folder by the 15th wherever the road has you.
How much does it cost?
